This Preserved Vegetables Fish restaurant chain has already 6 outlets in Guangzhou and seems like they are expanding slowly but steadily. The boss is originally from Szechuan but has been in Guangzhou for the longest time. The first outlet was open more than a decade ago in a small village and it has since carved a name for themselves. Overall Rating: 4/5. The place was too warm, air-condition not strong enough. I was eating in a pool of sweat!
