Checked out this market today and was told by Diana there are many old school stalls still here. Well yes that’s true and along these stalls came with their attitude. Saw a stall @hammees_sg which is prolly the only stall that is hipster but was told the wait was gonna be 1 hour 40mins. So ya, #okthanksbye.
Tried Hong Kee Porridge, not bad, liver a little bloody though.
The Bak Chor Mee was good, from another stall, forgot the name.
The pork balls noodles was a little bland but the minced pork balls were nice!
Then of course the famous dessert stall, very traditional until no iced versions. Yeah I had my cheng tng hot… Go support local ya!
