El Spice Bistro – Jalan Besar, Singapore

This is another hidden gem I have yet to write about which I reckon they ought to have some attention. Started by 3 young men who reminds me of myself when I first started my business at 25. What’s being offered here are Mexican and Northern Indian cuisine (As the name suggested). An interesting mix and totally affordable. Check out the pics and comments below:

Flat lay of our spread.
El Spice Wings ($8.80). Flavour is good but can be spicier.
Chicken Tikka ($9.80) Love the flavour of spices and yogurt. Comes with a little mint sauce for smearing then you put in your mouth.
From Left To Right:
Aloo Gobi ($7.20) – Nicely spiced cauliflower and potatoes.
Fish Curry ($12.80) – This one is my favourites!
Butter Chicken ($11.20) – Love this one a lot. Rich and flavourful! Yums!
Potato Bread ($3.60). Very interesting way of baking these breads and not bad on its own actually!
Carbonara Pasta ($9.90) – Interesting way of using spiced chicken cooked in creamy sauce.
