Intro:
I reckon naming the stall is pretty important especially for first timers trying out the food. I’ve been seeing this SG Prawn noodle place for the longest time near my cafe and decided to try this time round. So is it a hit or miss? See my comments below.

Taste:
One sip of the broth sends umami vibes down my throat and its something not attainable by MSG and just prawn shells. Broth is the result of a lot of pork bones and prawn shells boiled over hours and maybe even days to get the taste. Pork ribs were tender too!
