Fried Carrot Cake (Blk 1015 Geylang East Ave 3)

Had a lunch appointment with Joy today and wanted to bring her try one pretty good Wan Tan Noodles stall located at the above mentioned address’s coffeeshop. The stalls in this coffeeshop only sell in the morning and afternoon…. night time is only the Tse Char stall… and they are closed on weekends.

When we arrived, the silly noodles stall was closed! Much to our dismay, we had fish soup instead. The fish soup had the quantity but not quality, hence it did not make it here. I tried the fried carrot cake before, hence I ordered it on the side and let Joy try if it’s really good. After trying, she said it’s really good and with loads of egg and sping onion on top. Then she went on to tell me what her mother use to tell her about eating more spring onions to become clever… haha…
