One of the must try here is an old couple’s Penang Char Kway Teow at #01-08. The stall is just right in front of the carpark when you reach the market.

Rating: 5/5
Taste: If you have tasted the Penang Char Kway Teow in Penang, this is the closest you’ll get in Singapore. It’s damn good I tell you! Not too salty, not too oily, prawns are fresh, kway teow is tender and the fire control is perfect. No cockles for this one.
Portion: Very good for the price!
Price: $2.50 per plate only…
RTE: You bet! 🙂 Old couple no recognition from those commercialised rating programmes… So we must support them lah. 🙂
